The Youth Development programme is designed for those aged 12–16 or anyone without access to a gym. This programme can be completed at home and is tailored to the developmental needs of younger athletes focusing on foundational skills, bodyweight exercises and progressive challenges that align with their training maturity and experience.
The Professional Development programme is for individuals aged 17+ who have access to a gym. This programme incorporates gym equipment and advanced exercises to build on the athlete's existing training status targeting more specific performance goals and higher levels of physical development.
Both programmes are carefully crafted to account for age, training maturity and experience, ensuring every athlete receives the right level of support for their growth and success.
